All scientific registrants, including those presenting a free paper and poster, must register as full participant and pay the relevant registration fees. Registration will not be confirmed until the committee has received the respective registration fee. To register, please fill in the online registration form. For group registration, please go to the group registration mark in the website and you will be asked to mail the registration form together with your payment to the congress secretariat. Written notification of Registration must be received to the ASCI 2023 secretariat. Refund of registration fees will be processed after the congress and following is the schedule as follows:

• Notification received before May 9^th, 2023 will be 50% refunded, and
• No refund for cancellation received afterward

Those who have not registered in advance may register at the on-site registration desk. No refund will be made for on-site registration fees.
